The results of the study concluded that: There are two types of ikat woven fabric products in Prailiu king's village, namely kawuru cloth and kombu fabric, using natural dyes and shop dyes or wantek, with motifs of horse, chicken, patola and ana mahang motifs. While the price of ikat woven fabric is determined by the type of fabric, type of dyeing, motif / image and fabric size. With a place that is easy to reach, and is in the center of the crowd, which is located on the edge of the city. With promotional media using social media using cellphones in the form of Facebook (Fb) and WhatsApp (WA). And direct promotion or word of mouth.

This study aims to describe and analyze local government supervision in the distribution of 3kg lpg gas in Sidenreng Rappang Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative with 8 informants as data sources and data analysis using Nvivo 12 Software. The results of this study show that local government supervision in the distribution of 3kg LPG gas has been implemented quite well in supervising the steps in supervising inspection and monitoring prices, stock availability, and completeness of documents. two indicators of Sarwoto's theory of supervision (2003; 93) which has been run by the Head of the Economic and Natural Resources Section, and the Trade and Industry Office, as well as the 3kg LPG Gas Agent and Base has been carried out quite well.

KEBIJAKAN PENGENTASAN KEMISKINAN DI DESA ERAN BATU

This study aims to investigate the local government's policies in reducing poverty levels in Eran Batu Village and to identify the factors contributing to the high poverty rate in the village. The research method applied is qualitative, where data sources are obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation processes. Data analysis is conducted through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that out of seven efforts implemented by the local government in Eran Batu Village, only one assistance program failed to be executed despite multiple submissions, namely the program for rehabilitating uninhabitable houses. Factors contributing to the high poverty rate in Eran Batu Village include community concerns in obtaining capital and the low level of Human Resources (HR).

ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI GENERASI MILENIAL BERWIRAUSAHA (STUDI PADA GENERASI MILENIAL DI KECAMATAN KOTA WAINGAPU)

This research is motivated by the increasing unemployment rate currently. However, as many as 247 new business units grew because they were driven by the millennial generation in Waingapu City District. This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, use of technology and income expectations on entrepreneurial decisions of the millennial generation in Waingapu City District. The population in this study was the entire millennial generation who are entrepreneurs in Waingapu City District and a sample of 80 respondents. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire method. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. The research results show that 1) entrepreneurial decisions have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions, 2) the use of technology has no effect on entrepreneurial decisions, 3) income expectations have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial decisions. It can be concluded that entrepreneurial decisions and income expectations have an influence, while the use of technology has no influence on the entrepreneurial decisions of the millennial generation in Waingapu City District.

MANIFESTO 'ENDOG ABANG' SEBAGAI STRATEGI POPULISME PARTAI UMMAT DALAM PEMILU 2024

This research aims to analyze the relationship between populism theory and the Ummat Party, with a focus on political identity, anti-elite narratives, mass mobilization, and the programs offered by the party. The research also aims to understand the Ummat Party's strategic approach in dealing with the cultural regime and voicing criticism of the national regime. The object of this research is the Ummat Party, especially in the context of the Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY), with an emphasis on the Endog Abang Manifesto as a representation of the party's political ideology and strategy. The research method used is text and content analysis, by collecting and analyzing information from various sources such as speeches, manifestos, interviews and related literature. A qualitative approach is used to explore an in-depth understanding of the relationship between populism theory and the Ummat Party. The research results show that the Ummat Party uses populism theory as an ideological and strategic basis in mobilizing the masses, especially through Islamic political identity, anti-elite narratives, and offering programs that prioritize social and economic justice. The Endog Abang Manifesto became a symbol of this approach, combining local identity with the values of justice championed by the Ummat Party. This research concludes that the Ummat Party is a real example of the theory of populism in the Indonesian political context. They combine Islamic identity, criticism of political elites, mass mobilization, and the offer of programs focused on social and economic justice. The Ummat Party's strategic approach in dealing with the cultural regime also shows caution and consistency in voicing criticism and formulating desired changes in society.

FENOMENA SOSIAL WANITA PENDAMPING KARAOKE TEMPAT HIBURAN MALAM PANTAI BIRA

This research aims to describe the phenomenon of the existence of female karaoke companions at the Bira beach nightlife venue, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses qualitative methods with descriptive research type. Data collection in this research was carried out using interview techniques and observation. The results of this research discuss the existence of female karaoke companions based on their social identity, social motives and social roles. Based on the results of this research, theoretically it is hoped that it can become a source of information in enriching scientific insight and as reference material for further research, as well as contributing ideas for the author in the process of applying the knowledge that has been obtained, especially regarding the lives of female karaoke companions who work in nightclubs.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI, LINGKUNGAN DAN DISIPLIN TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA TENAGA PENGAJAR YAYASAN PERGURUAN SETIA BUDI ABADI PERBAUNGAN

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on job satisfaction in the teaching staff of the Setia Budi Abadi Perbaungan College Foundation. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire that analyzed with the SPSS 25 tool. The sample collection technique used the saturated sampling method with a total sample of 88 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with statistical hypothesis testing. The simultaneous test results (F-test) showed that there was an influence of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline on the job satisfaction of the teaching staff, then through partial testing (T-test), the test results showed that there was an influence variable of work motivation and work discipline on the job satisfaction of teaching staff. While the work environment variable does not affect on the job satisfaction of the teaching staff. Adjusted r Square indicates that the variables of work motivation, work environment, and work discipline have an effect of around 66.80%, there is Job Satisfaction and the remaining 33.20% is explained by other variables not examined in this research.
