PENGARUH INFLASI, NILAI TUKAR, PENANAMAN MODAL ASING (PMA) DAN INDEKS PRODUKSI INDUSTRI TERHADAP EKSPOR NON-MIGAS DI INDONESIA TAHUN 2005-2024

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh inflasi, nilai tukar, penanaman modal asing (PMA), serta indeks produksi industri terhadap ekspor non-migas di Indonesia dengan menggunakan data sekunder berbentuk runtut waktu (time series) periode 2005-2024 yang disusun secara triwulanan dan diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik, Bank Indonesia, serta Kementerian Perdagangan Republik Indonesia. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan software EViews 12. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial inflasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor non-migas, sedangkan nilai tukar dan PMA berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sementara indeks produksi industri tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Secara simultan, seluruh variabel independen terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor non-migas. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 66,18% mengindikasikan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan variasi ekspor non-migas, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa kinerja ekspor non-migas dipengaruhi oleh faktor makroekonomi dan sektor riil secara bersamaan, sehingga diperlukan kebijakan yang mampu menjaga stabilitas ekonomi sekaligus meningkatkan daya saing ekspor nasional.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the vision of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia in realizing an aspirational Lampung Provincial Government using the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah. The background of this research is based on the importance of the role of DPD as a regional representative institution in channeling and fighting for the aspirations of the community, especially in the context of participatory and responsive absorption and delivery of aspirations. This research uses a qualitative method with a juridical-normative approach and is supported by relevant literature studies. The focus of the study is directed at the extent to which the implementation of the DPD's vision has reflected the basic principles of fiqh siyasah, such as shura (deliberation), amanah (responsibility), and maslahah (public good). The results of the study show that the implementation of the DPD's vision in realizing an aspirational government in Lampung Province has not been fully optimal. This situation can be seen from the limited effectiveness of absorbing people's aspirations, the lack of synergy between institutions, and the lack of maximum public participation. Based on the perspective of fiqh siyasah, this condition shows a lack of conformity with the principles of ideal governance. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the role of the DPD, increase community participation, and optimize the mechanism for distributing aspirations to realize a more aspirational and benefit-oriented government.

ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PELAYANAN PROGRAM PENYEDIAAN AIR MINUM DAN SANITASI BERBASIS MASYARAKAT TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI DESA LAGADING

Akses terhadap air minum yang aman merupakan hak dasar yang menentukan kualitas hidup masyarakat, namun implementasinya di perdesaan sering menghadapi kesenjangan antara standar pelayanan dan realitas di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat efektivitas pelayanan Program Penyediaan Air Minum dan Sanitasi Berbasis Masyarakat (PAMSIMAS) berdasarkan indikator 4K (Kualitas, Kuantitas, Kontinuitas, dan Keterjangkauan) serta menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Desa Lagading, Kecamatan Pitu Riase, Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif eksplanatori dengan teknik survei kuesioner terhadap 66 responden yang dipilih secara simple random sampling dari 191 rumah tangga penerima manfaat. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif berbasis skala Likert dan regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan PAMSIMAS berada pada kategori “Baik” (75,3%), dengan dimensi Kualitas (83,8%) dan Keterjangkauan (77,9%) pada kategori sangat baik, sedangkan Kuantitas (67,4%) dan Kontinuitas (67,8%) masih terbatas. Kepuasan masyarakat mencapai 76,3% (kategori sangat baik). Uji regresi menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan efektivitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat (R = 0,760; R² = 0,577; p = 0,000). Hasil ini mengonfirmasi berlakunya Expectation-Confirmation Theory (ECT) secara kontekstual dalam pelayanan publik perdesaan, di mana konfirmasi positif pada dimensi prioritas mampu mengompensasi keterbatasan dimensi teknis.

This study discusses the implementation of the provision of tourism information in Tanggamus Regency based on Article 7 paragraph (1) letter (a) of Tanggamus Regency Regional Regulation Number 6 of 2019 concerning Integrated Tourism Development from a siyasah tanfidziyah perspective. This study is motivated by the still suboptimal provision of tourism information, especially regarding the security and safety of tourists in several tourist destinations in Tanggamus Regency. The type of research used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews, documentation, and literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the Tanggamus Regency Government through the Tourism Office has made various efforts to provide tourism information through social media, tourism promotions, providing appeals, and providing information boards at several tourist locations. However, the implementation is still not optimal due to limited information facilities, less than optimal management of digital information media, minimal signs and safety warning signs, and limited human resources. From a siyasah tanfidziyah perspective, the implementation of this policy does not fully reflect the implementation of the government's mandate optimally because the government has an obligation to provide protection, security, and comfort to the community and tourists.
