ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of organizational communication in the implementation of coffee barista training at the Center for Vocational Development and Productivity (BBPVP) Medan. Effective organizational communication is the key to success in knowledge and skills transfer in vocational training programs. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research subjects consisted of instructors, training participants, and program managers at BBPVP Medan. The results showed that organizational communication in coffee barista training has been effective with indicators of high participant participation, good material understanding, and achievement of learning objectives. Supporting factors include instructor competence, adequate infrastructure, and varied communication methods. However, there are still obstacles in terms of coordination between units and feedback mechanisms. This research recommends improving internal communication systems and developing more interactive communication models to increase training effectiveness.
