ANALISIS PENYELENGGARAAN TATA KELOLA PEMERINTAHAN YANG BAIK (GOOD GOVERNANCE) DI KECAMATAN SINDANGRESMI PANDEGLANG BANTEN

Abstract

The implementation of governance, especially in the context of regional government, in this case the Sindangresmi District, faces many obstacles, one of which is in terms of services that do not prioritize the community, besides that, human resources who are of less quality are not friendly or impolite in providing services. The purpose of this study is to find out how far the implementation of good governance is carried out in Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang Regency, Banten. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study show that the implementation of good governance in Sindangresmi District, Pandeglang-Banten Regency is not fully implemented properly. and society. The results of the study stated that good governance was hampered because the facilities and infrastructure, both technology tools and human resources, were still lacking in quality, management in public services, the weak quality and capacity of government apparatus human resources in the Sindangresmi District and the lack of formation of civil servants in the Sindangresmi District
