Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital governance, smart governance, and collaborative governance in the Informatics Engineering Study Program at UIN Suska Riau based on internship experience. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collected through observation and documentation. The results show that digital governance has been implemented through academic information systems, although public engagement remains limited. Smart governance is reflected in the use of data and digital platforms to improve service quality, while collaborative governance is seen in cooperation among students, lecturers, and administrative staff. The integration of these three concepts is essential to create effective, adaptive, and inclusive governance, although it still faces several challenges.
